New Affordable Housing for the Disabled- Beacon Community Services will be providing 12 affordable units at in a new highrise being built at 834 Johnson Street, custom built for people with disabilities.

Marguerite Court provides an ideal living environment for seniors or persons with disabilities who want to access local shopping centres or amenities in downtown Victoria.
Brentwood House and Sluggett House are state-of-the-art residential dementia care settings located in Brentwood Bay that provide a wonderful environment for seniors in need of specialized dementia care twenty-four hours a day.
SHOAL Centre provides a Registered Assisted Living setting where seniors and people with disabilities can obtain all the necessary supports to maintain an independent daily life. Operated in conjunction with the Vancouver Island Health Authority, SHOAL Centre provides assistance with daily care, meals, housekeeping, laundry and activities.
