12th Annual Hearts of the Community Volunteer Awards

The 2010 Hearts of the Community Volunteer Awards were a great success, thanks to the oustanding nominees and a community that comes together every year to honour volunteers in the Saanich Peninsula Community.

Each year, Beacon Community Services seeks nominations for individuals who provide outstanding volunteer service within the Saanich Peninsula community.

The awards ceremony and luncheon at Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney honours all the nominees and awards one recipient in each of six categories. It is a free event that is open to the public.
