Family Support Worker Program

This program is available to youth attending Middle and Elementary schools on the Peninsula and their parents. It addresses challenging behaviors within the family unit and offers awareness in communication styles and home management. Offered in partnership with the Ministry of Children and Family Development.

High School

Community Action Supporting Youth (CASY)

CASY supports teens and families who are experiencing challenges or conflicts in their relationship. Counseling for youth, mediation for the family and restricted care or respite for those requiring separation in aid of reconciliation is provided.

Families at Risk

One Child at a Time

In partnership with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Beacon is pleased to provide support to families who are either in the care, or about to come into the care, of the Ministry. The program supports family members in their individual and familial success. Referrals to the program are provided by the Ministry.
